- What is Pulse+?
- Pulse+ ($5/mo) is the bi-weekly digest ritual: two email briefings a week plus a branded PDF of the weekly package. Studio generations stay at the Free cap (2/day) — upgrade to Pro when you need cloud Vault or more gens.
- What is Illumora Craft?
- Craft is a separate API/MCP product: agents turn conversational intent into citation-backed, target-model prompts. Craft ($19/mo, 40 compiles/day) and Craft Scale ($49/mo, 200/day). Not included with Pro or Studio — see /craft.
- What happens to my prompts on Free?
- Studio saves generations to local Vault in your browser. They stay on that device until you clear site data. Sign in and upgrade to Pro to sync prompts to cloud Vault.
- Pro vs Studio — which do I need?
- Pro ($9/mo) includes Pulse+ plus cloud Vault, all Technique Packs, and 5 generations per day. Studio ($19/mo) adds headroom (12/day) and 7-day early access to new packs and techniques. Neither includes Craft API/MCP.
- Are Technique Packs sold separately?
- Not at launch. Foundation is free; Vendor craft and Image & modality unlock with Pro or Studio. À la carte pack SKUs stay deferred until the catalogue grows.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Manage billing in the Stripe customer portal. When a subscription ends, you keep Free access and local Vault; Pulse+ digests and cloud Vault pause until you resubscribe. Craft cancels independently of Pro/Studio.
