By accessing illumora.io you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Paid subscriptions are also subject to Stripe's terms for payment processing.

Illumora offers educational content, Prompt Studio (AI-assisted prompt drafting), Vault (prompt storage), Model Match, Atlas, Pulse, and Illumora Craft (API + MCP for agent prompt compilation, including remote MCP with OAuth). Features may change; we aim to give reasonable notice of material reductions to paid subscribers.

Sign-in is handled through Supabase Auth. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your email current so we can reach you about billing or security.

• Do not attempt to break rate limits, scrape the service, or interfere with other users
• Do not use Studio or Illumora content to generate unlawful, harassing, or deceptive material
• Do not misrepresent AI-generated output as human-authored where that would violate applicable law or platform rules

We may suspend access for violations. We prefer fixing problems over punitive bans — contact us first if something looks wrong.

You retain ownership of prompts and intent text you submit. You grant Illumora a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate Studio, Vault, and related features. Learn articles and Atlas entries remain Illumora's editorial property unless otherwise noted.

Studio output is generated by AI and may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Illumora provides research-backed structure — not guarantees. Review prompts before use in legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical contexts.

• Pro ($9/mo) and Studio ($19/mo) are billed monthly through Stripe until cancelled
• Illumora Craft ($19/mo) and Craft Scale ($49/mo) are separate subscriptions for API/MCP access and compile quotas; they are not included with Pro or Studio
• Cloud Vault sync and higher daily Studio generation limits require an active Pro or Studio subscription
• Playground API keys are limited, watermarked, and not for production automation
• Refunds are handled case-by-case; contact support@illumora.io within 14 days of a charge if something went wrong

Craft API keys and OAuth tokens are credentials. You are responsible for safeguarding them and for usage under your account. Do not share keys publicly. Soft rate limits and daily compile caps apply; abuse (scraping, credential stuffing, or bypassing playground limits) may result in suspension.

Illumora is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or decisions made based on AI-generated prompts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
